Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills and be proficient in various office tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage appointments and scheduling
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide information to visitors and clients

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer support or front desk roles preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a must
- Strong proofreading skills for correspondence and documents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
